There is no minimum order value. Though, orders with a value below EUR 5 cannot be processed efficiently. Therefore, orders below a value of 5 EUR are possible, but will be charged with a low order fee of EUR 3.50.

Terms of Shipping
- City-Souvenir-Shop will deliver the ordered goods to the shipping address, which has been specified by the customer during checkout. City-Souvenir-Shop may process partial deliveries in case some of the ordered goods are not in stock. Partial deliveries will be processed free of charge, because they are covered by the initial p&p fee.
- In case of failure of keeping a date of delivery or in case of another delay of performance, the contracting party is obliged to grant us an additional period of at least six weeks before the consequences due to delay in performance can be claimed.
- The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt. Reclamations because of defects of quality, wrong delivery, broken goods, or of wrong amounts of the goods ordered, have to be reported in written form immediately, at least 10 days after the goods have been delivered.
Shipping Time
- Our parcels are commonly packed within 24-48 hours (products in stock, marked as "Ready for shipment in 24 or 48 hours"). Deliverance inside Germany in circa 4-5 working days. Worldwide delivery will take some more time, depending on the customer's country.
Please note that we do not have any influence on the speed of the deliverance of our logistics partners!
Worldwide Delivery
- Shippings to non-EU-countries, will be declared with contents and value of goods. Goods maybe
liable to customs duty, payable by the customer. Goods may also underlie national restrictions for the importation, which shall be considered by the customer. City-Souvenir-Shop is not responsible for the compliance of its goods with national terms and regulations in the customer's country outside the EU.

Depending on the customer's country, we deliver in cooperation with General Logistic Systems (GLS) or DHL.
