What You need to know about our affiliate program (v.1.5, 14/Oct/2010)
Restrictions
- We reserve the right to refuse partners, whose websites do not have any connections to cities, regions, travel, fine food, souvenirs, or presents
- We DO NOT allow partner sites to have explicit or offensive content, such as pornography, racism, xenophopia, homophobia, or otherwise infringing or illegal content, such as terrorism or any of that kind.
- We only accept "well-done" websites, meaning that we do not accept sites that are under construction or without own, significant content. Your site should also "look good", meaning, that we do not accept partner sites that do not reach a certain, at least semi-professional design level. Also, we do NOT accept pure link lists or SERPs as partner sites!
- A partner site MUST have a correct imprint, meeting German legal standards for web imprints! Sites without an imprint will NOT be accepted!
- Each single web page may have up to 5 (that's five in words) affiliate links to our site, NO MORE!
- Partners who do not obey this restrictions may be deleted at any time and without notice.
- All banners and data feeds are property of City Souvenir Shop and must not be modified! If You need a special banner (e.g. size/color), please ask for it!
Terms of this service
- You will get 10% of the net. value of the customer's order (excl. sales tax and p&p) for every lead. We reserve the right to adjust this rate at any time. That means: We may lower this rate at any time or we may raise this rate individually upon request or if You generate premium sales.
- Leads will be accepted within 28 days from the user's click. This means, as long as an user clicks onto one of our banners at Your site, we will count each order of that user within the next 28 days from click as a lead from You. The only requirement is, that the user has activated cookies in his browser. If cookies are deactivated, we can only accept a direct order after the user's click as lead
- Your provisions will be added to Your account when the user's order reached the status "finished" (the order was sent to the user and the user's payment was received successfully). Furthermore, Your provisions will be set on hold for 30 days after the user's order as a means of security against returns and/or chargeback
- We can only pay Your provisions to a valid banking account
- Payment of Your provisions will take place after You reached 25 EUR of provisions
